Sure, 2023 calls for change, as any new year does. The tradition of making resolutions lives on through the Cordrè Family with guarantees of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and joyful encounters. Therefore the question remains: What more can Catering by Cordrè do for YOU in 2023?

For the most important meal of the day, give our new “Morning Special” a taste. This savory egg frittata accompanies a serving of breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, and Cordrè’s biscuit with homemade apricot butter (another delicious addition to our 2023 menu).
If you are looking for “Something Light”, you will fall in love with this rendition of your favorite breakfast foods. The mentioned hot boxed breakfast includes egg whites, turkey bacon, breakfast potatoes, and without fail Cordrè’s biscuit and apricot butter.
For our vegetarian customers, we present our “Green Goddess Wrap”-- your match made in heaven. Enjoy egg whites, grilled portobello, spinach, roasted red pepper, and avocado in a multigrain wrap. You already know that we didn’t forget your side of breakfast potatoes!
For your mid-day cravings, here are some highlights of our latest additions to the lunch menu:
“The Sicilian” surpasses the taste of your typical boxed-sandwich at lunchtime. Salted ham, pepperoni, salami, oven-roasted turkey, and provolone are enclosed in an Italian loaf. The olive oil spread with roasted red pepper aioli creates an unforgettable flavor. Every last bite will leave you satisfied.
Our individually boxed lunch menu also includes the lovely “Chicken Bruschetta”. This dish combines pan-seared chicken topped off with heirloom tomato bruschetta, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze, served over rice pilaf and salt & pepper green beans.
Vegetarian customers will delight in our “Wild Mushroom Risotto”. The recipe brings together an assortment of locally harvested mushrooms sautéed with shallots and garlic folded with Arborio Rice and a finishing sprinkle of parsley.
The good news is, no matter what meal you choose from our lunch menu, it will now be accompanied by not one, but TWO sides.
