Chef Manny brings over 30 years of culinary excellence to every class. As the former Executive Chef at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Chef Manny has mastered the art of creating unforgettable dishes.

His passion for teaching and "Cooking Made Easy" philosophy means you'll leave every class feeling confident, inspired, and well-fed — with techniques you'd expect from a restaurant kitchen, not a typical cooking class.

When are classes held?

Classes are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. Check our booking page for upcoming dates and availability.

How many people are in each class?

Classes are limited to 10 guests to ensure personalized attention and a hands-on experience for everyone.

What skill level do I need?

All skill levels are welcome! Whether you're a complete beginner or a home cook looking to level up, Chef Manny meets you where you are.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Aprons are provided.

How long is each class?

Doors open at 6:00 PM, class begins at 6:30 PM, and wraps up around 9:00 PM. Plan for about 2.5 hours of cooking, learning, and enjoying your meal together.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Where is the class held?

Classes are held at our kitchen located at 1801 Cross Beam Dr, Unit K, Charlotte, NC 28217.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your scheduled class. After that, no refunds are available due to ingredient purchasing. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — just email us at info@cateringbycordre.com with the details.

Can I book a private class for my group?

Absolutely! Private cooking parties are available for team building, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and more. Contact us for custom pricing.
